Ellen grew up in the small town of Placerville in Northern California. She was a bit of a quirky and sporty child. She played on an all boys little league team, participated in Camp Fire, swam, did gymnastics, and somehow made the middle school basketball team (but never scored a single point in a game). She even played the clarinet for the high school marching band. So cool, right??
Funny enough around this time Ellen was scouted by a modeling agent while prom dress shopping with her friends in San Francisco, but her parents strongly disliked the idea and told her it wasn't an option. However she didn't lose interest in it, and as a young adult she eventually got her start modeling with Cast Images in Sacramento and then quickly signed with Ford Models in San Francisco. From there she began traveling for work gaining a contract with Next Models in Miami, as well as working on assignment abroad. A muse of photographer Renee Jacobs, Ellen traveled to France in 2012 to collaborate for her body of work Paris, a photographic study of the female gaze on the nude female form. These images continue to be shown and printed throughout the world.
Back in California Ellen made her acting debut in a comedic Trojan commercial, followed by a string of other commercial campaigns. She caught the acting bug and moved to Los Angeles. Since then she has studied acting with Lesly Kahn, Anthony Meindl, and Christinna Chauncey. She also studied improv at Upright Citizens Brigade, where she then performed with her murder mystery team Murder Murder for several years.
Along the way Ellen has also worked a number of odd jobs in cannabis, including getting her start by operating her own grow room. She's left the green thumb and trimming days behind her, but continues to work in the cannabis industry under the nickname Stoner Girlfriend. She's been featured by High Times, MJ Lifestyle, Buzzfeed, and more.
Sensing the change in social perception and seeing the early rise of OnlyFans, in 2019 Ellen joined the platform as HeyEllen, creating an outlet for body autonomy, sex positivity, and playful exploration. In 2022 Ellen was also recruited by Playboy for their site Centerfold. You can learn a bit more about this body of work (pun intended, hehe) HERE.
Ellen continues to work in commercials, film & TV, and is a member of SAG-AFTRA. She stars in the music video We Are All We Need for Above and Beyond with over 12 million views on YouTube, and can be seen in Lifetime's My Crazy Ex. Stay tuned for new releases in 2023.
On a more personal note: Ellen recently started studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, she loves to hike and camp and spend time outdoors, and she absolutely adores her cat Snoop (named after Snoop Dogg, of course).
